SwimmingLadies

Learnt swimming at 19, with brother at the CSC from a Mr Lim Boon Lee. The tallest of the cohort. Overcame my awkardness(being the oldest) by reassuring myself that I knew no one and no one knew me at the pool. That was how I had the courage to learn.
Last evening, I saw two ladies in the 60s having lessons in the pool. I'm impressed.

Never too old to learn!!

used to frequent CSC too, but when i was much much younger. regret that the family never cotinued with the membership there :(

Swimming,when the sun is down, is therapeutic both for the mind and body. Never too late to have a splash with the children.

hello just got here while blog hopping- is that your cat on the picture - adorable! i learned swimming too when i was older - 29!!! i was too scared to swim when i was younger, having all sorts of near death experience with water.. anyway overcome it and now i can swim. still afraid though sometimes when it gets too deep

This cute cat spends most of her time in the park near our home. It's everyone's pet.
Yes, like you, I stay close to the side when swimming.
