Pineapple Crab

Mum' s here. And it's tomato/pineapple crab. Youngest's favourite. Singapore's chilli crab is just too spicy for youngest. Sweet pineapple and tangy tomato paste with an egg to thicken the gravy is just finger lickin delicious.

actually, the combination of pineapples, tomatoes in ketchup based sauce with a dash of white vinegar and sugar is perfect for fried fishes like pomfrets.
