Actually What we are each made of enough:
Fat to make 7 bars of soap
2 spoonfuls of suphur
enough phosphorus for the heads of 2 000 matches
carbon to make 9 000 pencils
water to fill a 5 litre tank
enough iron for one large nail
1.36kg calcium
30 gm salt
30 gm other minerals
enough sugar to fill a jam jar
gases i.e. 63% hydrogen and 25.5% oxygen
Recycle recover reuse?

Hmm, I think I have more gas than stated here. Especially after garlic, onion and ginger overdose.
