Ingredients
Dried longan and pitted chinese red dates
Boiled together with
rock sugar and chopped crystalised winter melon
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile
soak and boil separately
white fungus, sterculia seed,barley,gingko nuts and sago.
Add all the boiled ingredients into the sweet longan syrup. Pop the dessert into the fridge and serve cold. Oh so refreshing!
