Durianlicious

Youngest, son and eldest simply love this dessert. Sandwiched between the thin layers of sponge cake is the thick iced cold pure creamy durian pulp. It's like eating ice cream and cake in one sitting.

always wanted to try making my own, but over here, the durian doesnt stay long in the fridge ...disappears even before the cake can get out of the oven, regardless of how much is bought!
